Whitlock is showing his full crab in the bucket mentality, on top of his uncle ruckus bullshyt. He identifies Charlemagne as the top black voice on radio and says he needs to be stopped.

I'm sure Whitlock would LOVE to destroy Charlemagne, so he can legitimize his voice for the white audience and climb over a prominent black radio voice, instead of pushing some white people, like Cowherd, out of the way.

He's supposed to find common ground and explain black sensibilities on this issue to the white people, instead of judging, because he has a minority voice that white people are exposed for regularly and he can help them understand without capitulating.
