Realism? The only realistic horror movie was Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I'm saying the movie was watchable until he turned cyborg, it didn't add anything and was the signal that they'd run out of ideas.

A graduating class of high school students are partying on a yacht en route to NYC.
Jason was dead at the bottom of the lake from the previous movie when a house boat's electrical wires revive him. He then wanders out of the lake and comes upon the students yacht and all hell breaks loose.
A few of the kids make it off the yacht to NYC but somehow Jason is able to track their every move in one of the most densely populated cities in the world.
It is one of those "so bad it's good" movies.
