Hmm, I could see that movement wise but what about the lightsaber combat?
It's pointless lamenting the endless cycle of reviving nostalgia-driven media properties. That's just the state of pop culture, and it's been that way for a while. Getting upset that we're getting new Star Wars game (or movie in some cases) is like getting upset that we're getting new Batman and Spider-man game or movie. All we can do is hope they're good and give them a miss when they aren't so good.

I personally considered it a massive L to Xbox because the original game was the primary reason i started playing Xbox to begin with.
OG Xbox was the king of exclusive Western made RPG's from KOTOR. KOTOR 2, & Jade Empire. Basically become a viable console for me because of Bioware
