Not mad at Kidd wanting more power. This seems like a no lose situation for him. He goes to Milwaukee and if he turns that franchise into a multi-time playoff team, then it's a success. Doesn't even have to be top three, just make the playoffs. It's a lot of pressure to win in Brooklyn, and with Prokhorov wanting immediate results, it's going to be hard to build a winner with the players that fit your system.

I applaud Kidd for trying to capitalize. In three years, his coaching abilities will be exposed. There are only about three coaches in the NBA who have the mind and experience to hold the role as VP and coach. Two of them run front offices. The other just won the title.

Kidd is not in that class, has not displayed any reason for me to believe that he will be any time soon. Milwaukee, do better.
