I think he definitely knows what he's doing. The Bucks have quite a few intriguing young players (Giannis, Jabari, John Henson, Larry Sanders) and will probably tank again next year for Jahlil Okafor. They have a new ownership with deep pockets. The Nets don't have a lot of cap room to get elite players until 2016 and they don't have control of their picks until 2019.
