I don't blame kidd. no first round picks. d will 100 million- waste. ankles probably shot. brook lopez- max deal- injured. joe Johnson- not worth 100 mill. Livingston and pierce about to bounce. no money to spend on free agents. billy king and the Russian was on some win now at all costs and it failed. now the ship is sinking. hell if im going down with the ship at least let me get paid. and you see kerr and fisher getting 5 million a year. man you better get your money jkidd. even if you not the gm, the main thing kidd wants is a raise. especially to coach this team going no where. hell man give kidd one more year and if he does well, I see nothing wrong with a raise.

Kidd didn't plan shyt like this. I think his wife got into his ear on some "How is Kerr and Fisher making more money when YOU ARE JASON KIDD ". He sat there, thought about it and eventually agreed. By the time he got to that meeting with ownership he was so pumped up that he failed to really think shyt through. It never crossed his mind that ownership was going to him when Bucks asked to talk to him

Let's be reality, Jason has had a better rookie coaching season than most expected, he learned pretty quickly and did a solid job. Milwaulkee is a broken franchise and would happily give a young head coach, infinite power for a couple of years just to see if it would pan out, they have literally nothing to lose, so for them Jason Kidd could be a low risk high reward signing, it's not like there is a shortage of good out of work coaches, the Nets can choose from, maybe Lionel Hollins. If he stays cool if he goes cool.

Billy King ain't good either, but Kidd did an average at best job with this team last season and he thinks that deserves a promotion to have authority over every Basketball decision? He's had 1 season as a coach and zero experience as a President and now he wants to be Phil Jackson

Kidd wanted the Nets to trade Brook Lopez and Teletovic for Larry fukking Sanders and Illyasova last season, I don't want him anywhere near those decisions.
