Cowboys are going to remain in mediocrity until Jerry Jones takes his hand off the organization and hires a real GM.

He doesn't need to do anything, but open his wallet and let the people who know football run his team.

The organization will continue to live on that glory from the 90s until then. Two of their divisional rivals (The Giants and Eagles) have been far more relevant in the last 20 years and they have 3 Superbowls between them to prove it.
