I called it on the 2nd page in this thread:
It's funny to see he's calling out people by being comic book nerds, but there he is talking about the new Thor and Dr. Strange movies he's seen. I don't know too many people who aren't into comics that have watched those movies in the first place.
I want to further add: I know people like Bill O' Reilly and others like him in the past pull off the same antics and some people are molding their voices to be like a <insert race> Bill O' Reilly on social media.
But here's the thing:
Think of how irrational Bill O' Reilly's followers are. Same people who are poor followed his word and elected a president who shyts on them (but benefits Bill). You think you're different? So do those people who follow him.
That's because they get you to think with your emotions over your rational brain. Racism is very illogical and irrational, hence why it's easy to make a ton of narratives. Like I said earlier in this thread, people that listen to (and follow) these extremists on social media are training their brains to be emotional rather than logical by following people like this.
They're practically training you to be a dumbass. They put the seed in your brain, and you self-fulfill it.
I've seen some otherwise very rational people start to listen to them (even just out of curiosity), get caught in the emotions and all of a sudden be surprised they're being outgunned in their (once) specialty of expertise. Their potential goes completely to average at best or right down the gutter because they spend their time complaining about narratives rather than getting done with the task at hand (that sees no colors). Then they'll get mad and play the victim and be grouchy the rest of their lives.
The downside is, we are an emotional species so many people will buy into it. But those who don't are the ones that eventually strike big because they're not doing what everyone else is doing. They don't have the thought "I got to beat these ___ people. Now what do I got to do?! fukk these people are doing ___, I have to beat them...man there's a lot of pressure because I'm putting on for ___."
Instead it defaults to "OK. What has to be done?" Quick and efficient
