I liked the Whitley character but Jasmine’s fall off was beyond epic and she was clearly a bit older than most of her cast mates.
Lisa during the Cosby/A Different World run never dropped off and was simply less visible after those shows were over for who knows what reason.
I feel like Jasmine’s last hurrah was on Living Single when she played the psychiatrist and that was the mid/late 90s. She was already on the decline.
Even tho they are from the same era it’s almost like Lisa could easily compete with bytches from the mid/late 90s with ease while chicks from the 80s are more in Jasmine’s lane.
