Leto was at the MTV awards with Will and Robbie for the SS trailer. He looked fine there. Still hyped for the movie though

this goes back to the first pic they put out of him with all those jailhouse tats and a forehead tattoo that literally said "damaged". Since then they've doubled down on hyping up what seems to be an average performance at best
I don't care that he stayed in character for the entire shoot like a weirdo or played nasty pranks on the cast just tell me why he's good
I remember in the first trailer of dark knight they didn't even show the joker, just had his voice. They knew ledger's performance was gonna speak for itself
