Dave gotta stop with the bullshyt and explain what the vague denominator "top Japanese talent" means. He says "except Tanahashi", so does that include Okada? No way in hell is anyone thinking for a second that he'll leave NJPW. Ibushi? Could be depending on how much Omega is in his ear, but he's being built up as a steady main eventer. Naito? If anyone has a legit case being pissed about his booking, it's him but that's about it. Suzuki, Ishii, Goto, Sanada, Evil, etc? Are we still talking about "top" talent or just including the entire roster. Not holding anything against those guys' talents but where does the "top" end? Also, I highly doubt any of them are clamouring for a WWE Roster spot like that except maybe Sanada who still got a long career ahead of him.

And what other talent could possibly think of leaving? Juice Robinson who walked away from NXT? Zack Sabre JR who is having the run of his career and knows 205 Live is waiting for him? Jay White who is getting a monster push as the top gaijin heel? At best you could argue Will Ospreay but only because he doesn't have a very specific reason to stay and not because there's any real incentive to work with the E.

So who does that leave? Oh right, the Elite who have been shoveling these "rumors" to Dave...:heh:

The fact he basically said "well, Tama Tonga was angry too after the G-1!" also implies that he may just be taking any example he can get to make the story bigger and not just about The Elite.

Naito could pull a Nakamura. But I'm supposed to believe he was happy with the company in August when he already got completely fukked by booking (again), and just two months later he got SO PISSED at them that he's considering leaving? Just when they signed one of his buddies for his stable? And where the hell is he going to go and get more money than in Japan? :heh:

Okada :mjlol:

I could see Ibushi, but that's because that's how Kota is, motherfukker always looking for something different to do and at the end of the day, he didn't get the Tokyo Dome main event against his buddy :dame: which he has been looking forward for a long ass time now.

So the whole thing might be about the Golden Elite then, sorry Dave what a huge mistake people are making :pachaha:

Apparently Ospreay botched a spot on the RevPro/NJPW show yesterday and it looked horrific. To the point everyone went to twitter wishing he was well. There's no news on if he got seriously injured or how much time he could miss, but he did tweet this.

Dude is the British Ibushi. I recently saw the match with Scurll from Genesis where he did that Spanish fly off the apron and hit his head/neck on it. :damn:

Not to mention all the neck punishment in the match. :damn:

**Fun news. New Japan, All Japan and NOAH will do a joint show on February 19th at Sumo Hall to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Baba's death :to:as well as Tokyo's Sports first All Star Battle show in 1979, that celebrated their 20th year since the publication's creation and put Baba and Inoki in the same ring after their departures from JWA, it was the last time they tagged.

These shows very rarely have big dream matches, but if we are lucky we might get some really interesting 6 man tags. Kento facing anyone on the NJPW roster (on any setting) would be :banderas: same with Shuji :ohlawd:

The event will most likely air on G+ or SamuraiTV, not New Japan World. Apparently there's still bad blood between NOAH and New Japan so there's speculation that those promotions wont interact with each other. I'm not 100% convinced about that but people way more knowledgeable than me are claiming it's true, so yeah. I just wanna see Nakajima and Sugi interact with other people, if it's just All Japan, so be it. But man, Sugi against NJ is always FIRE.

**Ospreay will miss the Jr. Tag League tour.

**Hama & Nakanoe and Okami defeated the Death match teams in hardcore matches in the Saikyou Tag League. They will face each other in the Finals at Korakuen 25/10, the winner also get the tag titles. The card looks like a another sub 1k gate :mjcry:
BJW, 25.10.2018 (Samurai! TV)

4. Barbed Wire Board Death Match: Yuko Miyamoto & Kyu Mogami vs. Kankuro Hoshino & Toshiyuki Sakuda
5. Weapon Bringing Death Match: Masaya Takahashi vs. Takayuki Ueki
6. Saikyou Tag League 3rd Place Decision Match ~ Fluorescent Lighttubes Death Match: Ryuji Ito & Ryuichi Sekine

7. Masashi Takeda & Takumi Tsukamoto

vs. Hideki Suzuki & Kazumi Kikuta
8. Saikyou Tag League - Final: Ryota Hama & Yasufumi Nakanoue vs. Daichi Hashimoto & Hideyoshi Kamitani
