I didn't think the match was a letdown because Nakamura was lazy as he usually is I don't think effort had anything to do with it.
You don't think one half of the match not trying had anything to do with the match being a big nothing?

Crowd just never was there. They had a great open that I thought would lead into an even better match than 1/4 but then skipped straight to a too long and aimless finishing run that was based on them expecting a hot crowd that they weren't going to have to work for. This match was a result of hubris. AJ/Nak is a dream match everywhere in the world other than WWE.They both were trying too much, it was a bunch of back an forth stuff that was impossible to get into, specially after such a long show. I don't see it as lack of effort, I see as misreading what would work We've seen lazy Nakamura plenty of times, last night that wasn't it.

BTW, does anyone have a link for Daisuke's matches on Wrestlemania Weekend? The guy from VK had his first match in EVOLVE but it was taken down, I only got to see the first few minutes
