Made it about 5 minutes into the Ospreay match with English commentary before I had to turn it off. Just embarassing. Fire the whole team.
Made sure to hunt down the Japanese version for the main event. Pretty good match, 4 1/4 stars maybe. Okada's performance was just off, but Sanada showed out.

Some thoughts on recent puro:
NOAH 1/6/18
Watchable enough, which is a big improvement from the last time I watched a NOAH show as that was in the midst of Suzukigun nonsense and was absolute death. Not really familiar with damn near anyone on the show, liked Kenou and Kiyomiya, still a fan of Nakajima/Go. Andrew Everett is still absolute trash and of all the TNA guys to send over
What I'm most taken by is how tiny all these dudes are. Is there a guy on the roster over 5'9" that isn't Cody Hall? All the heavyweights in NOAH are NJPW juniors.
AJPW Twilight Blues 2/3/18
Did Kikuchi have a stroke or is he working a comedy brain damage gimmick these days? The way he stumbles and shuffles, and of course his face. The frick. Yoshi Tatsu's pedo mustache
Despite the preponderance of dudes in their 40s and 50s (and sometimes 60s and 70s), AJPW feels a lot fresher than NOAH. I really like the presentation and color schemes. I could see myself casually following AJPW this year
. Would like to see Miyahara, Ishikawa, or Suwama in the G1.
