Waffle House is copywritten and trademarked and would have to approve of their brand being featured in a fighting game based on the numerous amount of illegal assaults and batteries that have happened at multiple franchise locations under their corporate banner, some of which involved their employees being unfairly victimized by belligerent patrons.
