That's fast. There are a bunch of them near me where they'll put up some signs saying intermittent construction for the next 10 months and they'll litter the road with trucks and pavers but it will be months before you see anyone actually working there. It's such a racket.

Same deal with Scandinavia. They switched from driving of the right side of the road to driving on the left of the road in one day.
