Breh, I did NoFap this past month and I can tell you there are benefits to it. It’s all anecdotal and my benefits may not be yours.
Just like me watching porn makes me dumber (brain fog). You watching porn might not affect you in that way (it probably does, you don’t realize it).
If you learn about sex through porn it can make you miserable, rapey, etc. It doesn’t mean it will. luckily I was too old to have porn at the click of a button when I was growing up.
I think people who say there is no harm in it are the same as the people who say it’s the
cause of all societies ills. No nuance. It’s just a bunch of people talking over each other.

Porn is unnatural sex. I don't think many people study porn. But all people watching it learn something from it. Boys and girls click this shyt and get the worst type of sex ed. They're seeking a nut but they're taking in information when they watch. I can't think of a single positive that comes from young people watching this shyt or old ass virgins watching this shyt. That story was all types of bizarre. If there is a real movement that has gained traction to remove porn then I'd agree with your statement. But, from where i'm sitting, the nofap movement is no more real than blue lives matter. No one is coming for your guns. There might be someone who wants to take away your guns but no one is taking away your guns. No one is coming for your porn. There may be people who want to remove all porn but no one is removing all porn.
If there is a real, viable, powerful movement that is sweeping across the country that is removing porn from the internet then I'll say it again, I agree with the above. I may be naive but I don't think the revolution is coming.
