*Play loud distorted music non stop to create stress and anxiety
*Flash bright lights in windows at night all night to deprive them of sleep
*Start a fire and REFUSE TO ALLOW fire department to put it out or rescue anybody
*Lie and cover up until they got caught
to a man who was not even been charged with any crime yet ..........................................................then we are pretty much done here
