Plus she was born in 1966, Connect Four came out in 1974. You heard her ask "Like Tic-Tac-Toe?", that's most likely what they played instead.

Also some of ya'll forget, Janet Jackson had a pretty fortunate upbringing.

She was three years old when they moved to Encino, one of the most expensive cities throughout the entire country. Not to mention Michael Jackson had all types of crazy toys, video games, etc. through the years after fame.

Pretty sure she grew up with a lot more pets and toys than your average kid.

Joe Jackson was such a terrible father man.

I have to disagree. They were JW and simply didn’t to things like play those kinds of games and have birthdays/holidays.

At the same time, Joe made them into what they became.

Took them out of a failing steel town, a 2 bedroom house, taught his sons how to play instruments/sing/dance and then put all his bread into them since he knew his dreams of making it big in music were just dreams.

When Tito broke that string on his guitar, Joe could’ve lit his ass up but instead told him to play the guitar since he wanted to play it so bad that he did it behind his back. Tito was a beast on the guitar so Joe realized they could be something musically.

He wasn’t a saint — we all know this — but he kept those kids safe, alive, fed, paid and relevant after they were a teen singing group.
