Oh yeah, Sean Boog, Halo, and Sundown from Act Proof might do a project since they had such great chemistry on all the songs they did together on Phantom.

Then after Phantom they got on some cypher shyt, just kicking it back and forth.

:obama: Impressed the guy Halo, where can I find more stuff?

You can download his first 2 projects here. Heat Writer II and Blind Poet.

I prefer Blind Poet and it's probably in my top 3 favorite Jamla releases. Really dark shyt. The first beat was about to be Drake's actually. It starts fire and ends fire. Really solid from front to back, and Halo seems more polished on Blind Poet. Plus, I like the production on there better, even though both albums are Soul Council produced.

His next project Mansa Musa with Masta Killah should drop this year.

If you listen to those albums let me know what you think, if it isn't too much trouble. I was always trying to put people onto Jamla back on sohh and my threads would always plummet off the first couple pages within an hour or so.

Enigma and Sundown are Act proof. Halo is just a solo dude. Also I see this will be the first time Pooh has done anything with this camp.

I texted Halo yesterday and showed him some screenshots of this thread and he was super happy. Ya'll have me real happy right now digging this music. It's so dope to read ya'll posting Jamla lyrics in this thread. If anyone wants me to post up more of those FreEP links from DJBooth I'll gladly do it.

Never thought I'd see the day where Jamla got some love in The Booth :wow::banderas:

Man lemme tell you. Back on sohh I was completely dumbfounded that Jamla was releasing a good 60-80 mins of music FREE every single month with all original production, mixed properly, great features and production from the Soul Council....and my threads/links were getting like 1-2 replies, tops.

Then at the end of 2011 everyone was saying it was an average year for hip hop and I had like a full project every month of raw dope shyt that nobody knew about or would listen to. I felt like we were all in a desert right in front of a magic well and I was the only person drinking from it. Glad the secret is out.
