Anyone who says something like that doesn't have a clue what cancer is. Cancer is just the process that happens when your own body's cell replication F's up and starts reproducing cells incorrectly. There are literally hundreds of different ways that happens, therefore hundreds of different kinds of cancers, and in EVERY case you're dealing with trying to kill your own body's diseased cells which are barely any different than your body's healthy cells.
Do you realize how insanely difficult the science is that can develop a treatment which will kill some cells whose DNA is just 0.00001% different from the healthy cells, and can do it without killing all the healthy cells too? The fact that we've developed as many treatments as we have, and continue to develop treatments, is extraordinary.
