When these freaks out happen with guests, is it because of some stupid reasoning , "well, I paid for the trip I can do what I want".

I’m not sure what the argument is over, but 75% of the time it’s due to entitlement. However staff can be surly too, so who knows.

I didn’t see the woman in green spit on her, but the elbow swing she received was hilarious.
I’m not even sure they were American, someone claimed they were British, which means if the worker was rude and said something slick in patois, the guests fully understood what she said and may have retaliated accordingly.

I swear since they started allowing these flights on payment plans, the entire hood has been causing havoc across the globe.
