I said from jump, MAYBE if he had the same decades of training and practice….

But to just assume somebody will be the goat
TE based on basketball skills and training is again, preposterous. It shows a complete lack of respect for the sport
Who said he would be the GOAT TE? Lol.. y'all are arguing with yourselves at this point. The entire premise of it is that LeBron on the football field would be a problem in the RedZone going against "smaller" DBs and safeties in that situation

A lot of them suck at hooping. They just wont be recruited to play football. Too much of an injury liability as well as not quick twitch mobile
i thought you were talking about the bluechip hoopers not being recruited to play football¿

goodell would make it illegal to dive at a players legs so fast if you told him it'd guarantee all those monstar built nikkas would hit the gridiron ha

not quick twitch mobile¿

40+ verts & footwork all pro receivers study to try to add into their bag

let's just be real cat's that are hooping are hooping because it's the better option

it rarely ever happens you have a athlete that's pro tier as a hooper & chooses the gridiron

the conclusion nikkas have basically come to is dive for the legs try & injure them

that sounds like the last option cop out

Bruh…a wealth of tall dudes arent changing shyt. The NFL already has a gang of 6’6 and taller players. It isnt changing especially when they are concerned about head injuries.

That aint moving the needle. :mjlol:

the fact that they tall don't matter

it's the tier of athleticism that makes it interesting

the concern with head injuries is really a concern with making money

tell the suits & coaches you found a way to make their roster more dynamic make the product more appealing they gonna jump on that bytch

but really we can drop the convo because none of them boys seeing money off hoops is gonna take a paycut

even if they switch shyte up to make it safer the real factor is hoops is the better investment of athleticism

this is just barbershop chat for real for real for real

Stop this Nike commercial BS

Y’all boys done fed a marketing narrative and acting like kids who just found out the tooth fairy isn’t real. Grow the fukk up

Lebron James is an amazing basketball player who has achieved feats in the NBA that almost no other player has.

Lebron outside of 10th grade HS showed that he could even be competent, much less dominate at any other sport on the planet.

Bo Jackson really did. Hershel walker really did. Deion Sanders really did. Wilt Chamberlain really did, at 7’1 at that, and is actually considered likely the greatest athelte we have ever seen, running track and other sports.

Hell, Julius Peppers played for prime Tar Heels and then had a hall of fame NFL career, and LBJ again hasn’t even been seen playing any other sport outside of junior year of high school, but since Nike tells us he’s the greatest athelte ever, we take it, without asking ourselves why we make that assumption based on what we see on a basketball court.

Hell, we saw Michael Jordan at least play a semi pro league. We saw Randy Moss win Mr Basketball of his state twice, with a future nba player on his team, then go on to become one of the most dominate players in NFL history.

Wtf has Bron done outside of dunk and jump on a basketball court that makes you say he is a better athlete than any of the above guys?

Fast twitch athleticism matters more in the NFL, so being a tall w, you simply arent going to gather yourself, coil and recoil to that of someone smaller.

Tall guys are the easiest players to hit

Bron’s knees would be food for those 5’9 safeties who go low every time.

But coming off the edge that MF would probably be amazing. On some Julius Peppers shyt
