Jalen struggles when Philly goes heavy personnel. In the third and 4th quarter when they are inevitably behind he shows how good he is because Philly is forced to go spread. Give Hurts 4 routes with Swift in the backfield and he’s unstoppable. I think Sirianni is trying to keep his defense off the field. He was adjusting to a new scheme early on and I didnt recognize that. He was reverting to past habits as a result. The problem have a football discussions in here is that sometimes I do it along lines as I do it with my friends offline who are actual coaches and teachers of the game.

So if we notice something, we talk about it, and then I in turn try to learn from what they are discussing. I have a healthy respect for the game and every now and then dabble into teaching kids how to play it.

Clearly, Jalen was struggling earlier and doing past shyt, but I only learned something from ONE person in here and he told me he had a new OC so he was adjusting. Right now I’m trying to get some kids in the New Jersey area out to some camps this spring, along with my son, so they can get into some of these major high schools.
