Speed threat.... Yeah, but I'm not sure if Theo Wease is seeing the field this season.
A lot of teams are gonna load the box on us this season because of Hurts still questionable ability to beat coverage with timely throws.
Running 15 times? If they do, then OU is in big trouble this season. That means the OL has taken a step back. The RB's were good last season. Anything that was 5 yds or less(hell, sometimes 7) was money. They ran it down muthafukkas throat.

The competition will only get stronger, so I'm concerned.... perhaps I'm trippin. Balance is important. Teams like Texas, TCU and even Iowa State have defensive fronts that have given us problems the past few season.
Plus Jalen came to OU to try to get drafted as a QB. The more he runs, the worse his draft stock gets.

Idk breh. Fields doesn't look as athletic as he was at GA. He seemed to be in better shape/quicker last year. Hurts can rush for 1000 yards in the SEC...then he could do the same in the Big 12.
Lamar Jackson got drafted 1st round. Hurts pro comparison would probably be Dak (assuming he keeps getting better) so as long as he's throwing for at least 250 a game he's got a shot.
His sophomore year at Bama he really struggled to throw the ball. He's improved a lot since then.
