I agree. AEW is not good right now because the lack of talent but once they start getting all their pieces (usually grounded guys with good in-ring chemistry) they're gonna be a product to watch for.

I'm not quite sure on specific storylines but Jake Roberts..his vision..his outlook..theres really no one like him. The guy came to do a written HOF speech but just started telling stories off the top. Hes a very thoughtful cat . I think you can throw him in the mix and he shines.
I don't think it even matters if Jake is unfamiliar with the current product and talent. He is the most creative of the three, so I think he's the best choice.
Hire him, give him two months to watch video and familiarize himself with everybody on the roster, and just hand that dude the keys. Let him fire any writers he wants to fire.
Can't imagine Bret ever wanting a full-time job again or working with any kind of committee. He'd probably be too old school for today's audience, too many straight-up "hero vs. villain" feuds. But at least he'd cut out about 90% of corny-ass comedy segments, so that's a plus.

Well hes been working with AEW so I'm assuming hes more in touch than bret or Austin but perhaps his work with them takes away his ability to keep up with wwe
