I didn't watch the fights last night but I did google Jake Paul to see how it went. When I read Tyron Woodley got Knocked out, I hoped it was more of failed to beat the 10 count, more of a TKO situation but the only way that KO could've been worse is if he fell out the ring or fukking died.

The fukked up truth is that until one of these MMA fighters KO Jake Paul it doesn't really matter if they can beat him and that's unlikely because all the best strikers are signed to their respective promotions so Paul is going to keep starching retired MMA fighters, these cats really need the money. Jake Paul has been teasing going into MMA but even if he does and loses it's not going to matter if he gets wrestle-fukked or kneebarred, or choked. He's got to get knocked out and probably as badly as Woodley did last night because most people only respect KO's, I've been in the room with people when grappling happens and they just don't respect it and look it almost as punk shyt.

The American boxing talent pool is deep as hell right now, but y'all care more about this bullshyt and probably pay money for it, but be begging for links in actual fight threads instead of paying for Tank or Wilders fights.

The only people entertained by this nonsense are casual.

The same people that only care about football during the super bowl, the NBA during the finals, the mlb during the world series, NASCAR during the Indy 500, horse racing during the Kentucky Derby, track and gymnastics during the Olympics.

They don't tune in during the regular seasons, the don't watch regularly scheduled events, they aren't subscribed to the networks that show the niche/non broadcasted local/national events.

They only tune in during bowl week/finals/championship series and form opinions based on hype and media exposure.

I commend Jake for training and taking it somewhat seriously.

Being able to talk shyt and fight night, under the lights on a big stage....handle you business. I give props to that.

But the reality is, if you want to say he is "amateur boxer" level...
Anyone of y'all can be amateur boxer level. There's some amateurs that are total ass....
some mid level...
some that could go pro and be ok right now...
some that could go to the Olympics and go pro making good money off the rip.

Jake Paul is a lower level, right above total ass, amateur level fighter.

Boxing is so difficult tho that even with him being at that lower level, he still would smoke the regular Joe blow walking in the gym and he would smoke a fighter who does not train in straight boxing.
There's too many nuances to boxing.

He'll keep fighting these level , non boxers and keep knocking them out with over hand rights.
That's the easiest punch for someone with no skill to throw with power and one of the hardest punches for a non boxer to see

Let's keep it 100.. Jake has the mental control on point. That's an advantage alone. For now.. Kudos to his training. Now let's get a legit kid in the ring then see? I agree with you!!

that's not the point. the point is in mma the 2 best fighters are forced to fight each other at some point and the winner almost always wins. In boxing they duck each other forever and even when a fighter wins the judges strip him of it. if boxing got its shyt together it'd be must see tv
