On Monday night, news broke that Kenny Marquez, who wrestles as Jake Atlas in AEW and previously WWE, had been arrested and charged with domestic battery on May 23, 2022. The police report states that Marquez and his boyfriend Brendan Vink, who wrestles as Duke Hudson in NXT 2.0, were involved in a threesome with women, but Marquez assaulted Vink when he showed more interest in the women than himself. Apparently, Marquez scratched his Vink arm and tore his shirt, and refused to leave, forcing the police to be called. Marquez is currently out of jail on the condition he stays away from his now assumed to be ex-boyfriend Vink.
