I think he already did. The Lions have known that he wasn't going to be cleared to play for over a month now. It's been reported that they thought this was gonna be the case as early as last year, and kept him on the roster so he could reach his 3 years to be elgible for the pension. Love what he brought to the team as an offensive weapon, but as a man, don't wanna see him playing anymore. Enjoy life while your able to still be cognizant of what's going on around you. More to it than football.

They may have a history of putting a mediocre to shyt product on the field, but the Ford's seem to take care of theirs off the field. Sometimes to the point where they are too loyal (Matt Millen).

I have no problem with a RB trying to hurdle someone, but that's only if they keep in their mental Rolodex how that tackler came at them earlier in the game.

I've done it several times to dudes I remembered going at my legs.
