Yeah.. he needs to call it a career. The quality of life when he's in his 40's/50's will suffer badly.
I think he already did. The Lions have known that he wasn't going to be cleared to play for over a month now. It's been reported that they thought this was gonna be the case as early as last year, and kept him on the roster so he could reach his 3 years to be elgible for the pension. Love what he brought to the team as an offensive weapon, but as a man, don't wanna see him playing anymore. Enjoy life while your able to still be cognizant of what's going on around you. More to it than football.

& I liked dude while he was at Cal...but yeah it might be time to hang it up, but you know how players are when you tell them it's time to let it go
