i remember i heard will smith say he lets his kids do whatever the hell they want, he doesn't interfere with their creativeness and eclecticism and all that, he only gets involved if what they choose to do can endanger them somehow, then he shuts it down. i think that's a pretty cool way to parent honestly, i don't subscribe to traditional/cultural unwritten rules in general, my parenting style included, aint no blueprint to how you must do this and that, so let him do his thing. kids seem to be well mannered free thinkers to me, wearing a batman costume and weird hair aint a crime, salute em
