I've never actually seen Jade wrestling before but from the sounds of it she is pretty raw.
If that's the case I would hold off on her and Bianca probably for a few manias.
Bianca probably still got another run as champ coming pretty soon so let her get that off while Jade is honing her skills.
Once she's done let her team with Jade have a Tag Team Champs run. Sure she can learn a lot working with Bianca closely every week.
