I know people like to shyt on the PC because its the cool rhetoric, but seeing what it did for Bianca who had 0 ring experience prior to, I'm inclined to believe that if Jade was in the PC she'd be better than what she is right now, I'm not saying she'd be Bianca but yeah. I DEFINITELY think she'd be way more far along on the character side and wouldn't need a manager like she does in AEW where she can barely talk outside of saying "that bytch" if it's not a prerecorded package, one thing they do with new recruits that aren't indy darlings is force a character out of them.

Bianca looks to be a one off case right now. Who else has the PC pumped out that was an athlete like Bianca with no prior wrestling experience that's even close to her level? You could make an argument that the Nightmare Factory is pumping out better women's wrestlers than the WWE PC right now with Anna Jay, Kris Statlander and Jade Cargill all training with them and improving each time they're on TV. Tay Conti was floundering at the PC/NXT and was arguably one of the most improved wrestlers after she started working with Dustin in AEW/Nightmare Factory.

I don't think the PC is built for everyone's development (Tay Conti in particular), and I don't think the Nightmare Factory/wrestling and getting reps on Dark is built for everyone's development either (Big Swole as an example). I've said it before, I think both companies need to revert back to the OVW developmental feds that are not on national TV but working in front of a decent size live crowd. You got Twitter accounts dedicated to just showing botches and clowning these green wrestlers while they're learning how to wrestle. Then whenever they do make it on TV and are doing well, there's trolls just re-posting their botches from NXT 2.0/Dark. I think that stuff is definitely getting in some of their heads.

What was Bianca Belair like after only being in the business for 11 months? Because I'm sure she wasn't what she is now after almost 6 years as a pro.

if I remember correctly one of her first matches on camera was the mae young classic and they were saying she'd only been wrestling for under a year and to be fair while she was green at the time she was definitely more far along than jade is right now whos been training since 2019

My post was more about the character aspect. Jade can't talk for long periods of times so they relegate her to only saying her catch phrase with her manager doing all of the talking. I'm sure she'd at the very least be more far along as a character if she was a PC student. Anna Jay in particular sounds like she's reading off of a script when she cuts promos.. she could also use the PC's promo class.

As far as the actual in ring aspect goes, by no means am I acting like the PC is a megastar making factory and I don't think that the "the PC is a failure" rhetoric is as true as people act like it is. People deliberately ignore some of the homegrown people that made it out and focus on the ones that didn't because it fits a narrative. Also for the longest NXT never gave their homegrown talent much of a shot to make it out of the PC and onto TV consistently because they were so focused on being a super indy with already experienced and known names.. which is the whole purpose of why NXT 2.0 exists now. Now we're seeing a bunch of different guys who had little to no wrestling experience prior take the forefront like Bron Breakker, Tony D, Trick Williams, Creed Brothers, Von Wagner, and Xyon Quin who are all PC products and all on TV weekly and obviously while most of them aren't finished products they are more than good enough at this stage. And on the main roster Street Profits and Baron Corbin seem to be doing pretty well for themselves too.

If we just talking girls, Liv Morgan, Mandy Rose, Alexa Bliss, Ivy Nile looks promising, those two latina bytches in that tag team are pretty promising, Kacy isn't some big star and her gimmick sucks but she's good in the ring too. Obviously none of them are on Bianca's level in the ring but they're better than the vast majority of girls in AEW that are young stars. Tay Conti's situation was she never got a real opportunity to showcase herself on NXT, she's still a PC product. :mjpls:

Bianca was extremely rough around the edges in that Mae Young match and that was in summer of 2017 which was a year after Bianca made her pro debut.
She had to be carried by Rosie Lottalove, bruh.

No need to try to rewrite reality...Bianca is really good now but she wasn't back then.
Jade is working on her craft and still has work to do but Bianca at 1 year in the business wasn't "more far along" than Jade is almost 1 year in the business.

I literally said she was green, but she was still better than Jade at the same point. So we're going to completely disregard the following match she had with Kiari that everybody walked away talking about where she performed a 450 splash. :mjpls: She had been wrestling and training for under a year. Jade Cargill has been training since her WWE tryout in April 2019 and we're almost at April 2022, that's three years. Over one year of TV experience, and she still doesn't have a match as good as Bianca's second televised match.

I think the quality of training is something to consider though. Say what you want to say about WWE but they teach their people how to have at minimum passable matches. Bad Bunny came through there and is looking halfway legit.
