Honestly most white people and Indians keep the money within the family and create generational wealth cause they teach their kids how to make more. The goal should be generational wealth. Not making money to live comfortably till you die then give it all back. If what you doing is so noble why not give it back now. Or a good chunk of it



Unless you luck out it's hard to create generational wealth for most people. It's easier to build from what's already in place. Iwent the professional route and was earning money fo other people. And now my plan lord willing Is to build with my family. Gain from the knowledge my family and elders have to build and continue what they started for us. Jackie Chan seems like guy who values money gained self-accomplishments, he wants his kid to work and make his own money. Jackie Chan earned all his money on this own and he wants his kid to do the same.

He most likely has a trust to pay for his schooling and living expenses. He probably just doesn't want his son to automatically be uber rich when he dies, but best believe he probably has everything else paid for him so he starts out well.
