Immediately after a promo for Muhammad Hassan’s RAW debut, Ivory asked Todd Grisham how he would be getting into Huntsville for RAW, to which he confirmed his desire to drive to the show. Things got ugly when Ivory responded with the following (via PWInsider):

She got fired for saying it

I’m more surprised the WWE fired someone for being racist not gonna lie. Especially pre-social media.

It wasn't though. It was right after Hassan debuted after cutting promos about how Americans look at him negatively for being middle eastern. She also legitimately got fired for saying it on TV.

I know she got fired over it, but they were obviously going one way with the Hassan character and she played into that off the cuff. Obviously she wasn't cleared to say that and it was inappropriate, but my take is that she was keeping kayfabe. Don't know if she ever commented on it herself.
