Props for the video. Since the death of Pac, everyone even the ones who is not even a fan of his says the rap game has not been the same since '96. Pac was the forefront of a certain hip-hop style, some call gangster rap. He even said he is not a gangster, i'm a gangster because he stands/speaks up for himself. Ever since '97 thats when music or entertainment went downhill. Puffy with is shinny suit era, Master P even though I give his props era destroyed it to and Cash Money with its bling bling era.

Some of your New York favorite rappers even plotted back then to turn the rap game into what it is today.

If you had a chance to be number one at all cots, what would you do?
but even fighting ghost has proven to be even harder than one being alive.

Continues to play Loco-Motive by NaS.

yea i kinda understand what u sayin:huhldup:

Nope.

No offense to thread starter, but….

See, this is what’s wrong with rap today. Social media has created an environment where any retard with a fukking opinion can suddenly become a topic of discussion. Why are we supposed to value his opinions, again?

Ain’t never heard of this nikka before ever in life.

No, it's created a superficial environment where people feel like who a person is has something to do with his opinion, and will be a topic of discussion even before whatever they're saying

You can value every man's opinion off gp until you have a reason not to :beli:

The extent to how much people idolize this Pac guy is insane.

Creating a bunch of outlandish theories that revolve around him..

Sad....Sad:scusthov:

I don't know who he is but I don't discredit his opinion for that.

I somewhat agree with what he's tryna to say but everything he is saying sounds like speculation. I agree Pac's death was about silencing his voice because 2Pac had a lot of influence over the public and wanted to lead people in a different direction.

I feel this way because history shows all the instances where theyve done this in the past with other influential people. So this is not a stretch. On top of that, it is documented that Haitian Jack and Jimmy Henchmen were working with the government.

So the government had Motive and Opportunity, enough to make you a suspect in a crime.

great post man.

great post.

Ever since '97 thats when music or entertainment went downhill. Puffy with is shinny suit era, Master P even though I give his props era destroyed it to and Cash Money with its bling bling era. shyt, just ask ATCQ, them n!ggas is like the purest form of hip-hop.

how so? master p rapped about most of the same stuff that pac did. and master p dropped way more gems than ATCQ. i dont see how theyre the purest form of hip-hop either.

cash money was mostly gutter street music. and juvenile had ALOT to say actually. the bling bling stuff was mostly just singles. the big tymers were the only ones whose albums were flossy-flossy back in the prime-cash money era.

i agree with your overall point tho. i just feel that the content of certain hip-hop entities tends to unfairly get the shaft, while those who dropped far less gems seem to get hailed in the same light as the chuck d's & krs-one's of the world somehow.
