Ja Rule made some good and catchy singles but let's keep it real, he was a Pac clone.

It's funny how niccaz want you to "break it down"/"show proof!" for something so blatantly obvious.

In denial like a muthafukka.

Yup. Either a lot of these nikkas don't remember cause they were young back then, they trolling or like you said, they in denial. :francis:

Some of y'all exposing y'all age right now

No secret back in the day that Ja Rule wanted to be like Pac

Check out Rule's verse

This was a cringe worthy moment. Irv wanted to be Suge so bad. :smh:

and ja was dressing like that back then too - if you didnt know he was part of a hip hop rap group called 'cash money click' back in '92-93

I know you a New York nikka and you ride hard for NYC and I respect the pride you have for your city but come on, bruh. Now I don't remember how Rule was before he hit the mainstream cause I don't remember his Cash Money Click days (he won't in the radar back then in 92' - 93') however I knew of them years later after he got big, but when he hit it big in 99', that nikka was looking like a fake Pac for real.

I know you don't care for Pac, bruh. But facts is facts. You gotta give Pac his props and respect and stop fronting, my nikka.

And I'm cool w/ you @kingofnyc so I ain't trying to come at you sideways but you stay shytting on Pac. Show some respect, bruh. :gucci:

breh
u a good poster in all, but with that said your wrong with this ja /pac thing
yeah, ja may have resemble pac
but ja doesn't sound, doesn't rhythm, doesn't flow & doesn't have the same content as pac
now, i'll admit when ja got to his lowest point which was da 50 era (ja indeed went the pac route... but that well after many years & him being a certified multi platinum top rapper in da game

this was him in the very early 90's

a decade later

:francis: ..... breh - nothing like pac ..... :francis:

BTW - i'm like da oldest nikka on here
so believe me it ain't nothing personal toward pac.... just tryna give sight to da blind

Bruh, it won't just me that thought that nikka Rule was biting Pac in 99'. A lot of nikkas thought Rule was eating off of Pac's plate in the late 90's.:hubie:

And you say it ain't nothing personal w/ Pac but I've seen many a posts where you be going IN on that nikka like he stole money from you. :shaq2:

It's all love. I really ain't got time for no back and forth arguing. I'm cool witchu. I'm just saying. :hubie:

Cash Money Click was 95 so if u didnt know about it thats on you. @kingofnyc posted the 2 videos that were getting play on VMB in 95. Thats why me and kingonyc cant co sign you because you trying to tell us something is that we all know isn't when u admit that u wasnt even paying attention to Ja Rule in 95.

And when I said Mic Geronimo was equal if not more popular then Nas in 95 ya'll thought I was trolling. Nope....I still stand by that.

Yeah. I understand that but what y'all not hearing me out on is, there were some circles of people who thought Ja Rule was coming off like a fake Pac by the time 99' rolled around.

I don't remember the Cash Money Click back in the 90's however I remember a few years ago Rule talking bout it. Video Music Box in the mid 90's. Right.

We all ain't gon always remember everything lol

But again, when 99' rolled around, that nikka was suited and booted up like Pac. I'm talking bout his break through moment as a solo artist.

So stop w/ the "boo boo" as Pimp C would say. :russ:

And don't take this the wrong way. I don't care if y'all co sign me or not. We ain't all gon always agree on everything. So it is what it is. :manny:

I'll still cool w/ y'all nikkas. :handshake:

#We Are The Flash #DOOMSET #LukeCageSet #NEWLWO
not 1 fukking example.

And Ja Rule dressed like a member of Onyx without the baldie.

Sounded nothing like Pac....didnt make songs like Pac.

Neither did DMX.... Xs 'rah rah' style , along with the baldie, was remeniscent of Onyx not 2pac. 2pac didnt have a "rah rah" style. "where my dogs at" sounds nothing like Pac. "stop being greedy" sounds nothing like Pac. "Ruff Ryders anthem" sounds nothing like Pac. But when u a tip rider all u see is 2pac in everything.

Pac dressed like a ny york nikka, thats why he's rocking timbs in the "hit em up" video. Ja Rule and DMX dressed like ny nikkaz...not no damn 2pac.

scullys, ts, hocky jeseys, baldies, baggie clothes......Onyx had that ny look down to a t.

But what about who actually was rhyming like Pac?

Right after Pac died this song came out and I remember thinking 'Damn..this dude just took every line Pac has ever said and made it into a whole song'...Listen for yaself..tell me he isnt just grabbing shyt Pac said and meshing them together.

Or how about C Murder...who straight jacked the way Pac words his shyt.....U kno how Pac would end certain lines by carrying the word....like when Pac said

He was a nice middle class nikka^^^
But nobody knew the evil he'd do when he got a little bigger
Get off the final blaze^^^^^
While puffing on a Newport
Plottin' on a another way to catch a case

The way pac would end a sentence with that carry.....yeah well c murder bit the hell out of that style....U can hear it all on this song.
But u wont make no thread about P or C Murder trying to rhyme like Pac :mjpls:

Appearance wise yeah musically no

Rule flirted with RNB heavily he had more in common with Nelly

Tupac never had an "always on time " and was never thought of as a singing rapper
