It's not about being a casual. He's charging people for content when his music is free and everyone else gives away content. Drake didn't charge for 100 gigs.

It's not even the price btw, it's inaccessible. At least put it behind a paywall on Spotify. I might be cool with spending the $10 but I'm not about to go out of my way to access it.
