Cole should have signed with a pharmaceutical company, not a record label.

:lupe: Album is done and in the final mixing process

"DJ Dahi, Timbaland, Organized Noise, Hit Boy, Mustard, Jake One, London On Da Track, and probably others are coproducing.
It's apparently a lot more aggressive.
That's all we know
May have Hov and Nas on it but nothing confirmed."

His last album wasn't bad it just didn't have any longevity IMO. I bet this work will be above average. The guys is talented. He just doesn't make music people want to listen to all the time :yeshrug:

Nah, Cole refuses to make records that are overly simple, like what you hear on the radio now. He wants a fanbase that can feed him for decades to come.

tracks like runaway and rich nikkaz , even power trip are classics to me , been bumping them since the lp
This is the way I'm conflicted with his music.

He makes very introspective tracks that sometime I'm just not in the mood for. :ld:

And that's ok. Nas is one of my GOATS, but I think it's probably less than once a month i spin dude, doesn't make his music any less dope than the "easy listening" dudes i always spin like currensy and dom, but yea, I know for a fact I need to be in the mood to listen to him.

:ld: Same way I feel when Dear Mama comes on during shuffle.

:ld: Am I really trying to cry right now?
