Too bad y'all don't have any numbers to back up your claim that Harden flops more than other star players. His FT numbers come from attacking the rim and an actual move that nobody else in the league controls and it has nothing to do with flopping. Butler is an amazing player though and definitely the second best shooting guard in the league now after Harden and before Klay.

Everybody who actually plays in the league knows that what he does is a skill but many people who don't play in the NBA can't seem to understand it. If there was no skill involved the players would have never voted him MVP last season. The players in the league respect Harden's skills more than they do media MVP Curry's. Now that's a quantified fact.

There's no way we quantify flops with numbers - you know this - you only brought it up because you know there's no measurable scale so you could revel in a futile gain. We can however use common sense and our eyes (something which you have an adversity to when it comes to Harden).

He has skill - flopping/dependency on getting calls isn't one of them and his "skills" being respected more weren't the reason why he was voted MVP by the players. I mean arguably the two most impactful defenders last season (Kawhi and Green) weren't even nominated for the Players' Defensive Player of the Year award - with DeAndre winning it. It just goes to show the players weren't watching enough games or digging through enough data to have an accurate opinion.
I highly doubt the league would say that they "respect" Harden's skill more than Curry's - not when we've already had players (past and present) call him one of, if not the most skillful player in the history of the game.
The reason nobody respects Harden's game is because every year it exposes him the playoffs minus last year thanks to the Clippers being the Clippers and choking. Yeah he'll get 25 FTA but how many nights does he have where he's 6-20 with 15 FT's? nikka had a 25 point game with 2 FG made.

Who would go here at three or four, considering their production for the year, an automatic Russ or KD.
Butler is as good if not better than Russ and more efficient, more controlled and less erratic.
Plus, has the same mean streak as well.
He could be interchanged and he continues to ramp and has not shown he has hit a ceiling and bottomed out.
Plus, his IQ is going into next level area where his game is so textbook.

That high ball fake in transition was textbook and confused the Philly player from even making a play on the ball.
