Honestly tho I'm glad she dropped the belt. She's done everything she can do in NXT, the only other thing I'd have been interested in would be if they brought (her greatest rival) Meiko over to run that back one more time, but that never seemed likely so it's whatever.
Excited to see what they have in store for her. I'm not super worried about her being buried on the main roster.... She was basically buried in NXT in her first year (
people forget that. Asuka and Nak came over from Japan and immediately beat everyone. Io came in jobbing and got super over organically). In the end, her talent shined through and she earned that Superwoman push :ppvbro:
All the top female talents want to work with her... Bayley been begging for an Io match on social media/interviews for a long time, and we already seen a preview of how much of a fire matchup Sasha vs Io is. I want all the dream matches.
Regardless, she proved everything she had to prove. Now onto the next chapter.
