Out one hand and into the other. Truthfully Id rather subsidize the brehs. Someone who works at McDonalds for 10 yrs mite not be good at handling their finances. Would potentially spend food money on something else

honestly if i was making such few dollars there for 10 years, id just quit, you could go anywhere in the country and make that.
I mean if you can speak good english and don't have a record you can work at a resort in a carribean/south american country/ cruise for more.

Every job isn't meant to support a family. Every job doesn't and shouldn't pay the same amount starting out.

The problem isn't pay its with career advancement opportunities. if you working at mcdonalds and haven't advanced into management within 10 years that's a problem.

You either have a job mentality or a career mentality with it comes to working for other people. If you have a job mentality and expect to come to work every day for 10 years just to work and expect something to be handed to you it won't happen because your peers are trying to rise above you.
