I've lost 20 pounds. Does face-fat generally take longer to leave than the rest?

When I started my fitness journey in the summer, I was around 188 pounds. I am now 170 pounds and have made major strides; however, I feel as if my face fat hasn't rid itself as much as the belly-fat has, for instance.

Is this normal? Should I keep going until I'm satisfied?

Fat sheds at its own discretion and everybody loses it in different places first. You should be happy it's shedding from your mid section though, that's usually the area most people find to be extremely stubborn and last to go. Just keep at it and eventually it will go. Unfortunately there's no such thing as spot reduction.

When do I stop cutting? When I'm satisfied with my body, right?

Whenever you feel ready breh :manny: it's all personal preference. But feel free to post pics (n/h) in the starting point thread stickied at the top of the section and plenty of people will be happy to offer you constructive criticism and advice.

Usually when someone loses weight you see it in the face, but everyone is different, maybe you just have a chubby face? are you expect to be a high cheek bone nikka? :heh:

Being cut is a lifestyle breh, I doubt OP is close to being cut, he gonna have to learn it's 90% diet, that's an year long thang ya dig?
its not realistic to be cut all year long unless you using steroids. If you tryna to push weight you gonna have to put some fat on. UNLESS you do it slow. OP not taking it slow tho

Steroids? We got different definitions of being cut then, I'm not talking about being jacked up, I'm talking about having low body fat/six pack cut, lean.
