I've been in a two story apt about a month and I'm not sure I can ever go back to anything less

They are pretty good with blocking out noise. Grew up in them as a child and now that I think about it I don’t think I’ve ever heard my neighbors in them.

My sister currently lives in one and got a good deal when she bought it.

I lived in one for 18 months while the crib was being prepared. It was dope. 2 full bathrooms. One half bathroom. Big ass basement, patio, garage. I really have nothing bad to say about it.

Now the basement was brick....I could hear my neighbors on the other side. Either them talking too loud or their TV too loud. And I'm pretty sure they could hear me making beats. I used to shoot my 22 air rifle in my basement and it was loud before it got broken in (which I did in my basement) no one ever complained. Now the neighbors that lived on the other side of me. I could hear him (white guy or Hispanic maybe mixed) yelling at his baby moms (white girl). But he was loud. Pretty sure if you were walking by on the street you would have heard him yelling too. I only heard it twice through my living room wall where my couch was then he moved out.
