Do you cook? Do you drive? A food truck is something you have to be committed to and it has to have direction. Smoothies and pizza? That's not going to work.

I'm technically not opening up a restaurant. Just thinking about doing a food truck or food stand. I don't plan to open a cafe (what I really want) until I get older and married. I'm going to raise my kids to be self-sufficient.
