lol, Its because it doesnt make any sense to rock it. Its inconvenient both aesthetically and functionally. Black men in particular look just fine with a completely shaved head. , especially if you have lean face. Bonus is you can grow a good beard. The Jefferson makes your head appear wider than it is as well.
