A lot of older blacks care about baseball.

When I was in Highschool there was black dudes who was baseball fans, myself included. I'm only 20 so I wasn't in HS that long ago lol.

BAseball numbers are doing well.

The problem is that pepole hating the sport are looking at the national numbers when baseball local numbers are KILLING in their area.

MLB's marketing strategy differs from all of the others sports where they focus more on pushing their product locally as opposed to nationally. That's why the sport is still thriving.

P.S. i used to say 3 and 4 are tied but when i think about it i''ll watch any soccer game YET i only watch football when my team is playing or the superbowl

Its a great plan..with so many more channels and options these days no sport outside of football [which popularity is mainly because only 16 games and GAMBLING] is gonna do well nationally anymore..
