How does Tate go from hanging with Holly to getting ran thru like that

She did nothing

Two different types of fighter. As far as just pure standup(footwork and movement/angles) and striking Holm is probably better than Nunes but she fights far more defensive, is a counter puncher, and doesn't have the same kind of pop to her punches that Nunes does. Nunes can fight from the outside while still being aggressive cuz she doesn't fear being taken down.

i wanna thank aldo for cleaning my pockets once again i lost 150 on him in the connor fight and lost 100 last night on frankie i thought aldo looked outstanding last night, and was beautiful to see a guy comeback from getting ko'd in 13 sec and bounce back. the footwork the counters the defense the jab and straight hands only thing we didn't see was the leg kicks. aldo-holloway might be next. can connor actually make featherweight? i honestly don't believe he can.

Other than a little scratch on his nose he came out of that fight unscathed a change in opponents shouldn't really have disrupted DC's game plan that much. Dude struggles to make 205, because he has ZERO discipline with his diet...He has ALL types of fat he can lose to make 205 EASILY, but he just doesn't have the discipline to eat clean...

DC could fight at 185 if he was disciplined with his diet...
