DC took it easy on Anderson, I wholeheartedly believe that.

that's what i felt too. silva did good lockin the legs to prevent a full mount but i think DC was largely content with just keepin dominant position until the bell rang, or until they stood him up. And whenever Silva got some momentum in the standup, instead of going punch for punch like he did with Gus, DC was almost like "nah.. i'ma just take u the ground again and chill for another 2-3 minutes".

he was in tough spot tbh, bc he was gon get booed either way.
