This is where I assumed The Dark Order comes in - you can give the audience something with a win over The Bucks at All Out, and wait two weeks for Grand Slam and do the big title win for a TV rating. It's the Hoegan v Goldberg formula. They already did something like this by doing Blood & Guts on Dynamite rather than waiting for the PPV. The difference now is the don't have to worry about direct competition on the other channel
I only followed BTE during the Mr. Brodie/ Dark Order era, so I have pretty much zero context for those parts of Page's story. I got everything I understand about Page from what they've shown on TV.
I like that idea, but I'd probably flip it. I'd have the Dark Order lose to the Bucks via interference, and play out Hangman getting nervous/anxious about how they're going to ruin his opportunity the same way. For the Hangman/Omega match, I'd have The Elite take out the Dark Order before the match. Hangman is watching his back the entire night/match. When the Elite show up to interfere, Kazarian/Moxley/Eddie Kingston (maybe Penta too?) make the save allowing Hangman to win the match.
On another note, it's amazing how AEW has made me care about Frankie Kazarian in 2021
