This is my spare slim, it's my cousins who I jailbroke last night.

Mine is spoofed though firmware showing as 3.60 and I deleted the PKG file of the drive so I can't un install the spoof.

Anyone know where I can get the original spoof PKG file? I don't want to risk going ahead with the firmware spoofed on 3.60.

Fellas, whats been the word on the games. Have these dudes just been downloading the game and then transferring them to the GAMES folder like in the old 3.55 days? Or are they doing something different?

I've been seeing a number of EBOOT patches on newsgroup sites. What the hell is the eboot patch needed for?

Blah...sh!t didn't work for me. When I went into recovery mode to do the update from the PUP it said something about corrupted data and gave a number in parenthesis. Now I have to research and find out why that sh!t aint working. This is becoming a pain.

Only way to rid of this spoof is to re install 3.55, currently installing official 3.55FW (did toggle qa successfully before doing the update.)

Nah. I'm positive I was on 3.55. I checked. I'm currently about to try a different USB stick. I read somewhere that thats a possible issue, but I don't have high hopes. Based on Google searches, I've seen this issue pop up for people trying to swap PS3 hard drives. A few people have had it occur both during cfw updates and regular Sony updates when installing manually. Seems to be some sort of semi common issue but no real answer out there.

MMm did you have a cd in the drive. Did you use the right usb slot on your triple. Did you run the qa? I was watching the progress because it got to 99 percent and hung there for a long time but eventually, it went through and i was

Be cautious. there's 2 versions of kmeaw. One has a no-check patch and the other doesn't. I got lucky i had the right one and didn't brick.

Best bet is to install 3.55OFW before you update via the recovery menu.

It turned out to be the USB stick. I swapped to a better brand and it worked without a hitch. I got lucky Ali because I didn't check none of that sh!t. I just updated. I guess I had the right version. I'm back on PSN and everything. Add me as CertainSB I'm about to eat good now.

I use a 3 tb drive formatted in fat 32. Using multimann i copied one of my physical games to the drive. Im currently copying all my games to the drive. Multimann will see the games when you connect ur external and refresh for changes. shyt will come in handy to have all my games at my figer tips without having all these clunky cases laying around

If ur dl,ing you just copy the exblus-1234) folder to the same folder multimann creates and the same rules apply. I think its just called GAMES and can be created manualy if u want to set it up manually.
